MY LONDON TRIP

London has always been one of my dream cities and every time someone asked me where I'd like to live I instantly answered "London!" I have always wanted to go there, at least for couple of days and finally this year in May I managed to do that. It all started with buying a ticket to see my favourite band, McFly at Wembley Arena. Then we stared planning the whole trip and ended up staying in London for a whole week! And this week was perfect.

I know that May was a long time ago but I only created Brighton Dream recently and to be honest, I still feel like this trip ended yesterday. Hope you enjoy reading about my little London adventure!

We spent the whole week in a little hostel in Camden Town but to be honest, we only slept and kept our belongings there as mostly we were just walking, visiting and sightseeing. Camden Town is an amazing place, it has something special in it. The high street is something I've never seen before! Camden Town has the most creative shop fronts in the world, that's for sure.

Of course, what we did first, was to see all the most important places in London. I arrived in London at 10 am after travelling for 18 hours but I didn't care about sleeping, all I wanted to do was to see London. And that's what we did. We went to see the Tower Bridge and we were so lucky that we saw it open and close. We went to Tate gallery and walked across Millenium Bridge just to feel a little bit like in a Harry Potter movie. Fortunately, dementors didn't attack. We also went to the Madame Tussauds museum where I've met my future husband Liam Payne and saw the whole city from London Eye, which is huge! Funny thing about London Eye is that my friend didn't want to be in capsule number 13. And we weren't. We were in capsule 33 which was placed just between capsules 12 and 14. Well played, London Eye. Well played.

We also did many things you'd expect a tourist to do in London. We sat on the big lions in Trafalgar Square, we ate a dinner in Nandos, we drank pear cider and traveled by tube a lot.

And then came the big Saturday, the day of McFly's concert. We knew we had to queue and decided to go to Wembley at 1 am. When we arrived there were already tents all over the place! As it turned out people started queuing on Thursday in the morning. That's the dedication! We waited for about 16,5 hours and it was definitely worth it as we got ourselves places in the first row! The concert was absolutely amazing and I still can't believe I was there. I've waited for this moment about 8 years and now I can finally say that my dream came true!

Maybe this wasn't the best day of my life as I felt really sick after drinking McDonald's coffee (shame on you McDonald's) and stressed but these four hours I spent inside the Wembley Arena were definitely the best four hours of my life. And I'm even more happy knowing that it will happen again next month, in Royal Albert Hall in London! See you there, McFly!

I hope you enjoyed this a little different that usual post! I'd also like to thank my amazing friend, Natalia for letting me use her photos as well as hers were so much better than mine.
