MY THOUGHTS ON: DOUBLE EFFECT EYE MAKE-UP REMOVER

When I bought this Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover I didn't even think of making this review.  As I was in a hurry and a big need of a new make-up remover in a small bottle, this seemed like a perfect choice. And it was a choice I will never regret. 
Before this make-up remover I used L'Oreal Skin Perfection Purifying Micellar Water. It was good but I had some difficulties with removing my waterproof mascara. I was more than happy when I noticed that Nivea claims that it removes even waterproof mascara without irritating the eye area. The first time I used it, I was amazed. It got rid of my waterproof Rocket mascara without any rubbing. After couple of weeks of trying to remove it from my eyelashes with L'Oreal Micellar Solution, I was more than happy to see that it works that well. It's also very soft, it doesn't leave any oil on my face and what's the most important, I don't look like a panda after waking up in the morning. 
I can honestly say that this product is magical. I still don't know how it works. When I pour it into a cotton cleansing pad, the first thing that comes out of the bottle is the blue liquid and after a second blue changes into white (it happens even if a shake the bottle vigorously). I have no idea how or why someone created it but I'm pretty sure there was magic involved.
