LIFE IN PICTURES: TRAVELLING FROM HOME TO HOME

My life has consisted of a lot of travelling lately. Unfortunately not the good kind where I get to travel the world and visit beautiful cities but the short kind where I travel from my home town where my parents live to my other current town where I study and live with my sister. It involved travelling by car and by train where I could spend time reading books or magazines like Elle. Also my friend Anna visited my some time ago. We hadn't seen each other in about 7 months I think. We spent time talking, drinking the best Starbucks coffee and shopping, of course. And of course, as I've been having plenty of free time recently, I've been watching tons of beauty YouTube videos. I really liked new Zoella's beauty haul which you can watch here

In other news, spring has arrived! The weather has been so nice for last couple of days that even the flowers started to bloom. Everything looks so so amazing and it's so warm outside! I need to get myself a nice springy parka very very soon!

LIFE IN PICTURES: I'VE CUT MY HAIR!

Yes, I did it. I cut my hair. I no longer have ombre hair which makes me a bit sad but knowing me it'll probably be back when my hair grows back a little. I wasn't very happy about cutting my hair in the first place, I liked them long but the bad condition of my hair made me do it. And now I'm glad it did as I absolutely love my new haircut!

As for the non-hairy part of my life, I came back home from Ireland last week so I've been spending a massive amount of time at the airport which wasn't that bad since I had Milky Way Magic Stars with me, there has also been some flying and reuniting with family and friends. I've also bought some new make-up treats which involved the most beautiful Sleek palette (more here) and my first ever MAC lipstick! In my free time I've watched a lot of Gilmore Girls aka the best TV show ever episodes and spent far too much time playing Flappy Bird. I swear, this game is the most annoying and addictive game I've ever played. Also, even though it's already February, this week I've seen snow for the first time this year (which lasted only one day but it was there, I promise)!

LIFE IN PICTURES: LAST DAYS IN IRELAND

My exam session in Ireland is finally over and now I'm spending last days here, just enjoying everything around me (except the weather, the weather is just awful). On Friday I spent the whole day in Belfast with my friends. It is such a beautiful city! It's been amazing seeing something different than Letterkenny and now I'm finally convinced that I am a big city instead of a small town girl. I could totally live there! Other than that I've been meeting with my Erasmus friends, saying goodbye to them, watching rainbows and drinking Cherry Cola on my Birthday and watching McFly concert on DVD I got myself as a Birthday gift! Except for constant learning and almost not leaving the house because of the cold and rain I've been only relaxing and enjoying the time I've got left in Ireland.

LIFE IN PICTURES: EXPLORING IRELAND

Yes, I am still in Ireland and I will be here for another two months so prepare for even more Irish awesomeness. Last weekend I went to see the Giant Causeway which is located on the northeast coast of Northern Ireland. It actually is a fourth greatest natural wonder in the United Kingdom. It is very beautiful and so weird... People say it looks like this because of an ancient volcanic eruption but I am pretty sure there was magic involved. If you want to know more (and see what it really looks like because the number of good pictures I have of it is zero), you can read about it here. The same day I also went to a little town called Ballycastle where I walked around the harbour and on a beach and took this picture of seagulls which I am pretty proud of.

LIFE IN PICTURES: IRISH WEST COAST

You never have a full Irish experience until you see the coast. I truly think that beaches and ocean are the most amazing things in Ireland. I actually didn't know what to expect when I decided to go to see the Irish West Coast and I think that's why I liked this trip so much. I went with most of Erasmus students to see the West Coast, the city of Donegal (well... "city") and a harbour last Saturday. At first I wasn't really happy with this trip as it was raining all the time (Irish weather for the win!) but then, when I saw the beach and the Atlantic Ocean - I was sold. And I also ate the most delicious Dairy Milk chocolate ever so I think I can label this day as one of the best in my life.

LIFE IN PICTURES: HALLOWEEN IN LONDONDERRY

That's what happens when you're trying to take a selfie in Ireland.

It's been more than a week now and I still haven't posted about my Halloween experience. How rude! This year for the first time, I've spent Halloween in a country where people actually celebrate Halloween. In Poland, we don't really do that. What's even more exciting, I went to Londonderry (again) to see the big Halloween parade. Well, the parade happened after spending the day visiting the city and walking in the rain and cold but that's a whole nother story. The parade was just perfect! It was so much better than I'd expected it to be. Unfortunately I have no pictures because I was standing in the back and struggled to see anything at all. And as if the parade wasn't enough, then came the fireworks! Big, long and amazing firework show in the sky! It was just magical!

Here are some photos I took that day and also some selfies including my "Halloween costume". Well, after seeing what people in Londonderry dressed up as on Halloween my little face make-up and leopard ears can't really be called a "Halloween costume", can they?

LIFE IN PICTURES: A WEEK WITH MY SISTER

I've just realised I haven't made my "life lately" post in quite a long time and my folder is now filled up with all these photos I've been taking for the past month. My life hasn't been the most interesting one lately but it has its better moments. For example my sister, Martyna, came to visit me and we spent together an amazing week. We did all kinds of things, watching great movies, eating tasty food, visiting pretty places but most of all: shopping! We've been to Londonderry, an amazing city in Northern Ireland which for me looks a little bit like a smaller version of London. The big red bus, Millenium-like bridge, big river - it has it all. Me and my sister had an amazing time there even though it was extremely windy and a little bit cold (especially for a person who forgot her scarf and decided to wear a mini skirt *pointing at myself*). We also visited some pubs and tea rooms in Letterkenny, walked a lot (I mean... A LOT) and took a lot of pictures.

I've found a perfect place for living! The pink one will be mine! | Londonderry selfie | The best colour to paint your door | St. Columb's Cathedral
