FEBRUARY WISHLIST

Here are some beauty and fashion things I would love to get before too long. And by " before too long' I mean before the Spring really arrives. It can already be felt in my city as the sun is shining here every single day and it's so warm I sometimes don't even need a coat. I can't believe it's still February! And I'm definitely not complaining. So as the always wanted Spring is just around the corner, here are some pretty things I'm adding to my enormous never ending wishlist!
1. Topshop Mono Floral Crop Top
I love wearing skater skirts but I always struggle with combining them with tops. I don't really own many tops that go together with skater skirts and this definitely has to change! Especially now, before Spring, the season of skater skirts. I really love this Topshop top as it is quite chic, just how I like to dress up lately! It would look amazing with my black leather skirt.

2. Topshop Concertina Bag
I don't really feel comfortable wearing bright coloured bags during most of the time and I do think it's quite hard to combine them with some outfits so obviously most of the bags I own are brown or black. A yellow bag like that would definitely be a good start of the new era in the baggy part of my life.

3. e.l.f. Studio Baked Eyeshadow Palette
I've heard that e.l.f.'s baked eyeshadows are really good therefore I would definitely like to have them in my make-up collection. There are four different sets of shades available and I think I would choose NYC (the one in the picture above) and California. And Texas just because I love Texas.

4. e.l.f. Studio Endless Eyes Pro Eyeshadow Palette
Here's another e.l.f. eyeshadow palette because again, I've heard they are great. This time it's an enormous palette with a wide range of colours: blues, greens, pinks, oranges and a big variety of neutrals. Just the palette I need!

5. Soap & Glory Glow All Out Luminising Face Powder
Here's another thing I've heard a massive amount of good things about. It looks like it would give a nice natural glow to my skin and this seems like a perfect option for the Spring!

6. Bourjois Happy Light Foundation
I love using my forever favourite foundation which is the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation and as it does have a little shimmer in it, it gives a nice glowing effect aswell. But if I was looking for a replacement I would definitely try this one first! It seems like a perfect foundation for the springtime and it also hydrates the skin for 8 hours!

7. Real Techniques Starter Set
I feel like it's about time I got myself some really good quality set of eyeshadow brushes and even though this one is called a starter set, I think it is just the one I need. The base shadow brush, crease brush and the liner brush would really help me in my everyday make up routine.

2013 BEAUTY FAVOURITES

I know this might be a little late but again, I blame exam session for that. Now that it's finally over I can take good care of my blog so I thought that posting my 2013 beauty favourites would be a great idea. I've only just stepped into the beauty blogging world last year but I already have some favourite products I know I'm going to use for a very very long time.

The first product is my favourite ever foundation which is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation. It truly is the best foundation I have ever used and I'm going to repurchase it till the day that I die. It looks amazing on my skin, especially during summertime. It gives it that nice healthy glow and a great coverage at the same time. I think it also might be one of the most loved drugstore foundations in the blogging world.

The next product is the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, again, probably one of the most loved powders in the world. I already have repurchased it twice and I don't think I'm ever going to stop. I always buy the 03 Peach Glow as besides powdering and setting my make up it also gives my skin a healthy shade.

The next product I've been really loving in 2013 is the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. I bought it not more than 3 months ago and fell in love with it instantly. It's perfect for covering blemishes as much as it's perfect for dark circled under eyes. It stays put for a really long time and doesn't cake. It truly is a perfect concealer!

As for lip products my definite favourite last year was Barry M Lip Paint in Touch of Magic. I've always known that magic comes with a price but what I didn't know is that it's only £4.49. And I'm serious, this product is magical. I've already raved about it in my November Favourites and I'm definitely going to rave about it in the future. Be prepared.

Last two products are very connected to each other as I've been using them together for last 3 months. They are the Real Techniques Blush Brush and the Sleek Blush in shade Coral. I got the RT blush for my Brithday which was not that long ago and it became my favourite brush in my collection within 2 second. As for the blush, even though I've totally fallen into Topshop cream blushes in the end of the year I still consider this Sleek blush as my favourite in 2013. Its quality and pigmentation is amazing and the shade suits me very well, not too pink, not too orange, just perfect. I wrote about it in my review which you can read here.

CHRISTMAS BEAUTY WISHLIST

I think it's finally time to make a Christmas wishlist! I decided to split my ultimate wishlist into two parts: beauty and non-beauty (which I'll be posting soon). There's definitely too much stuff I want but Santa, if you're reading this, I really wouldn't mind finding it all under my Christmas tree.

MAC 217 Blending Brush aka the ultimate eyeshadow blending brush. I've heard so much about this brush. I've watched countless YouTube tutorials just to find that everybody is using it. I guess it really must be amazing!

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Streak: There has been a lot of hype surrounding Urban Decay's Revolution lipsticks this year and I'm pretty sure there is a reason for that but I really want to test it by myself. I think the shade called Streak is absolutely the prettiest and I also think it would suit me best.

NARS Ride Up to the Moon Eyeshadow Palette: Here's another product that a lot of people have talked about during 2013. And I can totally see why. This might be the prettiest eyeshadow palette existing! Too bad it's a limited edition... but Santa can make miracles happen, right?

STILA Artist Essential Set: Now here's something big. This gift bundle is absolutely amazing! It consists of great eyeshadows palettes, an eye liner, a lipstick, a lip and cheek cream and a brush. Now, why wouldn't I want that in my make-up collection?

SMASHBOX Full Exposure Palette: I just love neutrals! I've been fully satisfied with all the neutral eye shadows from my Urban Decay Naked Palette for about 6 months but now I need more. This Smashbox palette is full of shimmers and mattes in amazing neutral shades. This would definitely satisfy me for another 6 months, at least!

TOO FACED All I Want For Christmas: Another thing that would look lovely under my Christmas tree is this six-piece collection of Too Faced's products. It consists of a blush/eye shadow trio compact, lip creme in the prettiest shade called Believe, a black eye liner, a mascara and the ultimate Too Faced eyeshadow primer. Mostly I just want this whole bundle because of this eyeshadow primer, the rest is just a totally awesome bonus. Oh well...

Real Techniques Sam's Picks Collection: I just started my RT brushes collection and just when I had a problem with choosing the next one, Sam did it for me. This bundle consists of the best and most essential brushes: the Multi-Task Brush I would use for bronzer, Buffing Brush for powder, Essential Crease Blush for eyeshadows, Setting Brush for highlighter, Pointer Foundation Brush for foundation (obviously) and Fine Line Brush for eyeliner. Just perfect!

What is on your Christmas beauty wishlist this year?

NOVEMBER FAVOURITES

I have no idea how this happened but it seems like 2013 is almost over! There's only one month left, can you believe it? The time goes by far too fast, that's a fact. Unfortunately, I can't stop time but I can post my November Favourites!

The first thing I've been really loving this month is The Body Shop Vineyard Peach Body Butter. I've been using it so so much! When I was buying it, I thought it was going to be just like a normal nourishing body lotion or body butter but I was so wrong. The smoothness it has given to my skin is way beyond "normal".

I've been also really loving my Real Techniques blush brush that I got from my sister as a Birthday gift. It's my first ever RT brush but definitely not the last one. It is so soft and it makes applying blush so easy and quick! The only downside of it is that it makes me want more RT brushes... Oh well, soon!

As for eye products I've been using the Seventeen Phwoarr Paint a lot. I love using it under eyes. I'm not going to write all of its benefits here because it would make this post far too long but you can read my review here. I've been also wearing a green and grey smoky eye and for that I've been using the Rimmel Glam'Eyes Quad Eyeshadow palette in Thrill Seeker. I just love this shade of green and I think it looks really good with my hazel eyes. I've also been loving the Creep eyeshadow from the Urban Decay Naked Palette. It's just a great shade which looks amazing on its own or as a part of a smoky eye!

Another product I've been loving in November is a Topshop blush in Flush. It's the first cream blush I've ever used and I have to say, I'm in love! I definitely want (NEED!) to try some more cream blushes. And buy some more shades of Topshop's blush, that's how much I love it!

The last thing I've been loving and using A LOT is a Barry M Lip Paint in Touch Of Magic which looks like a green lipstick but actually gives a nice pink shade, a little fuchsia I would say. But what I love about it the most is that it lasts forever! Well, not literally but it stays put for a really long time.

RANDOM NOVEMBER WISHLIST

I've just realised that I haven't posted a wishlist in quite a long time. I have no idea why as wishlist are what I like the most in the beauty blogging world! I love reading them and making them. So here's another wishlist, a November one, because well... it's November and i guess it's a very nice excuse to post a wishlist, don't you think?

Let's start with clothes, shall we? I've been wanting a dress like this H&M Jersey dress for a very very long time! Lately I've been crazy about dresses, especially those in skater shapes. They're just the most girly and beautiful thing ever! I also really love the cute bow print which makes this dress a pure perfection! I also really love the Black Crochet Collar Cap Sleeve Dress from New Look. I think I'm really into girly clothes lately! I would also really love to get the ASOS Skater Skirt in Baroque Print as (other than "girly") I really love wearing black and white lately! As (unfortunately) it's getting colder and colder with every day (actually it's freezing already) I would really want (and need!) the Basic Aran Knit Hat. I've been wanting such hat since the beginning of autumn. It looks so warm and cosy! I just want to put my head in it! Also in a fashion department, I could really use a bag like ASOS Handheld Bag With Front Strap. Just a classic big black leather (well... "leather") bag I could carry to university every single day!

Now let's talk beauty. My next nail polish purchase will definitely be a Barry M Matt Nail Paint Burgundy Crush as I just love painting my nails burgundy for Christmas, it's such a festive colour! I recently started a Real Techniques brushes collection (actually my sister did it for me as she got me the Blush Brush for my Birthday) and I already feel the need to expand it! I think the next one I would like to have is an Expert Face Brush, I've heard it is amazing! Another product I would like this month is a Barry M Eyeshadow Pencil Gold Crème. I think it would be amazing for highlighting inner corners of my eyes. Also from Barry M, I would love to try the Barry M Palette Smoking Hot, I think a palette like that would be very useful!

What is on the top of this wishlist is a McFly 10th Anniversary Concert in Royal Albert Hall DVD! I think it's going to be a Christmas gift that I'll give myself! Because why wouldn't I like to have a concert I've been to recorded? Maybe I'll even spot myself there! Probably not... but maybe!

AN EARLY SISTER BIRTHDAY GIFT

You should know that my Birthday is not even close yet, it's in January. But I already got my first birthday gift! Why? Because this year I'm not going to be home for that special day and as my sister came to visit me in Ireland, she brought the gift with herself. How thoughtful of her, isn't it? Well, I gotta say, she gave me the best gift ever, something I definitely haven't expected... well, at least one part of it.

We're both obsessed with make-up and other beauty stuff so I was expecting to get something beauty related. And as she recently got herself Inglot's Freedom System, I might have also expecting getting some new eyeshadows. What I didn't expect were the shades! I just love them! They look amazing together and on its own! I got them in shades: 419, which is a goldish dark green (my favourite), 148, which is gold and 118 which is a light and a little bit pink gold shade,  perfect for the inner corner of the eye. All of them are shimmery which makes me love them even more. These three shades are a perfect match for me, so thank you, sister!

Now here comes the unexpected part: The real Techniques blush brush. I've been talking about this brush for ages and I think that's where my sister got the idea from. I've already tried this and it definitely is the best brush I have ever used. Not even the best blush brush, the best no-matter-the-purpose brush. I definitely need to try more real Techniques brushes.  The next one I want is the Expert Face brush (take a hint, sister).
