RANDOM NOVEMBER WISHLIST

I've just realised that I haven't posted a wishlist in quite a long time. I have no idea why as wishlist are what I like the most in the beauty blogging world! I love reading them and making them. So here's another wishlist, a November one, because well... it's November and i guess it's a very nice excuse to post a wishlist, don't you think?

Let's start with clothes, shall we? I've been wanting a dress like this H&M Jersey dress for a very very long time! Lately I've been crazy about dresses, especially those in skater shapes. They're just the most girly and beautiful thing ever! I also really love the cute bow print which makes this dress a pure perfection! I also really love the Black Crochet Collar Cap Sleeve Dress from New Look. I think I'm really into girly clothes lately! I would also really love to get the ASOS Skater Skirt in Baroque Print as (other than "girly") I really love wearing black and white lately! As (unfortunately) it's getting colder and colder with every day (actually it's freezing already) I would really want (and need!) the Basic Aran Knit Hat. I've been wanting such hat since the beginning of autumn. It looks so warm and cosy! I just want to put my head in it! Also in a fashion department, I could really use a bag like ASOS Handheld Bag With Front Strap. Just a classic big black leather (well... "leather") bag I could carry to university every single day!

Now let's talk beauty. My next nail polish purchase will definitely be a Barry M Matt Nail Paint Burgundy Crush as I just love painting my nails burgundy for Christmas, it's such a festive colour! I recently started a Real Techniques brushes collection (actually my sister did it for me as she got me the Blush Brush for my Birthday) and I already feel the need to expand it! I think the next one I would like to have is an Expert Face Brush, I've heard it is amazing! Another product I would like this month is a Barry M Eyeshadow Pencil Gold Crème. I think it would be amazing for highlighting inner corners of my eyes. Also from Barry M, I would love to try the Barry M Palette Smoking Hot, I think a palette like that would be very useful!

What is on the top of this wishlist is a McFly 10th Anniversary Concert in Royal Albert Hall DVD! I think it's going to be a Christmas gift that I'll give myself! Because why wouldn't I like to have a concert I've been to recorded? Maybe I'll even spot myself there! Probably not... but maybe!

What's on your wishlist this month?

SONG OF THE WEEK: MCFLY - LOVE IS ON THE RADIO

Today I woke up to the biggest surprise ever - new McFly music video. I have to admit, I didn't expect it at all! I've known the song for quite a long time (I saw them play it live in September) and even though I really love the song, the music video is sooooo much better. It really shows true McFly boys. Whether you like McFly or not, whether you know them or not, watch it! You won't regret. It's so funny! (Oh and yes, Dougie's licking the hammer Miley style.)

What do you think?

MY LONDNON TRIP 2.0 + MCFLY'S CONCERT

I can't believe that more than two weeks ago I was in London, for the second time this year. I've wanted to go to London my whole life and this year it happened twice, unbelievable. And it's all because of my favourite band. I went to London to see McFly's 10th Anniversary concert in Royal Albert Hall. How awesome is that? Pretty awesome, I know. So as I already was in London I just had to visit some of the most significant places. I went to see Westminister, Buckingham Palace, Picadilly Circus, Hyde Park, Trafalgar Square... And of course I had to take loooaaaads of photos for you to see. Here they go:

HYDE PARK

BUCKINGHAM PALACE

PICCADILLY CIRCUS

TRAFALGAR SQUARE

WESTMINISTER

LONDON EYE

TOWER BRIDGE

CHINA TOWN

M&M'S STORE

ROYAL ALBERT HALL

PRE-CONCERT PHOTO

MCFLY ON STAGE

I honestly can't wait to come back to London because it's such an amazing place! I really wish I could leave there or at least somewhere close... like Brighton *wink*

LIFE LATELY

Lately, my life has been nothing but awesome, really. I currently live in Ireland and as I have always wanted to live at least for a short period of time in a different country, I'm incredibly happy. It's not perfect of course, but I can finally shop in Penneys (also known as Primark) and Boots!

Also, last week I've been to London. I went there to see my favourite band, McFly play live in Royal Albert Hall. I didn't only get to see my forever favourite band live for the second time this year but I also got to be inside Royal Albert Hall. How awesome is that?! Other than that I also went to see the most amazing places in London but I will post more pictures when my friend finally sends them to me.

Another highlight of the last week was the journey home (by home, I mean my Irish temporary home). In my opinion, the award for the best views while travelling should go to Ireland!

What have you been up to lately?

SONGS OF THE WEEK

If you've been here long enough you know what Sunday means. It means I'm making a "Songs Of The Week" post as I really love sharing songs that I love with you.

I have to admit, I'm still into old songs. I was into them before and now, after watching "Breakfast at Tiffany's" I'm obsessed. But don't worry, I tried to control myself and only two out of four songs are oldies, not bad. The first one is called "At Last" and it's by a lovely woman Etta James. It was released in 1960.

Next oldie this week is a song by Aretha Franklin. I couldn't decide which one to choose as I've been loving many of her songs lately. After listening to all of them I finally chose the one. It's called (Sweet Sweet Baby) Since You've Been Gone. I just love the rhythm of this song as it always make me want to dance!

Going a little bit closer into the present, the next song I chose for this week's post is Out Of Reach by Gabrielle. Now if you've watched Bridget Jones's Diary I assure you, you know this song. I'm not really sure why but I love listening to this song while travelling.

OK, now we're back to the present... well almost as the next song was released in 2008. Doesn't seem that long ago? Well, it was five years ago! I will never understand why time flies by so quickly. Anyway, lately I've been listening to McFly a lot and that's probably because I'll be seeing them in less than two months for the second time in my life! So here's my lately favourite McFly's song - POV and my favourite version of it - live.

I hope you liked at least one of these songs! Tell me what you are listening to lately! xx

SONGS OF THE WEEK

Another week is almost gone which means it's time for another "Songs Of The Week" post. The first song I'd like to recommend you is a song by Florence And The Machine called "Kiss With A Fist". I haven't mentioned it yet but I am not the biggest fan of this band. BUT as my sister always wants this song on our "drive playlist" I've grown to love it and now I know all the words! And yes, I do scream them when we drive!

The next song comes from a very old film, which you've all probably seen, called "Breakfast At Tiffany's". I don't know why I've waited this song but I just watched it couple days ago for the first time. I absolutely loved it and will probably rewatch it soon. Here's the "Moon River" sang by Audrey Hepburn:

The third song on the list is a cover. The original song is written by Bob Dylan and it's called "It Ain't Me Babe". But I haven't even heard about this song before Mr and Mrs F posted their cover on YouTube. Tom and Giovanna Fletcher are my favourite couple ever and also Tom is a member of my forever favourite band - McFly. So here, have a listen:

The last song in this post is called "Where did your love go?" and it's sang by Diana Ross & The Supremes. It's another old song as it was released in 1964. I was listening to some internet radios on 8tracks.com (great site) and came across this song which of course caused me falling in love with a song... again.

Hope you enjoyed listening to these songs! Also recommend some songs if you like in comments below because I'm craving for new music!
