LAZY DAY MAKE-UP ESSENTIALS

I'm pretty sure every single one of you has a lazy make-up day every now and then. I know it's nothing to be proud of but I generally am a lazy person so I probably have those days a little bit more often. I'm not one of these people who won't leave the apartment without a full make-up on but I definitely do feel better when I put at least something on.

On my lazy make-up days I always put some concealer on, under my eyes and on blemishes. For that I'm currently using the Seventeen phwoarr Paint heavy duty concealer. Unless the condition of my skin is very bad, then I'm going for the foundation. This probably is no surprise for you as I've been raving about this foundation many many times but for that I use the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation.Optionally, I also like using the bronzer to give my face a little bit of shape and colour. My favourite right now is the Bourjois Bronzing Powder. For me, blush is always a must have! But on my lazy day I like using the Topshop cream blush as it's much easier to apply. My favourite shade is definitely Flush! Another lazy make-up day must have is a mascara! If I had to choose only one beauty product to use for the rest of my life, it would be mascara. I can't imagine any make-up without mascara. For my lazy make-up I like using the Astor Big & Beautiful Boom! Curved mascara. It's very easy to apply and gives a lot of volume! The last thing I have to do while putting a lazy make-up are brows! I feel like the face always looks better with the brows done. Currently I'm using the Maybelline Master Shape Brow Pencil in Dark Brown. It's not the best brow pencil I have ever used and I will definitely not repurchase it but it's good for lazy day make-up as it has a great spoolie brush which is great for shaping the brows and helps get rid of the product excess when I go a little too hard with the pencil.

RECENTLY LOVING: LIP STAINS

When it comes to long lasting make up I could buy almost absolutely everything. I think everybody loves long lasting make up as long as it's washable at some point. Couple of days ago I made a post about long lasting make up (click here) in which I included the Collection Colour Lip Pout Lip Stain in a shade called Flirt. I wrote that it stays put for an amazingly long time and this actually is the product that made me fall in love with lip stains.

Later on, I also purchased one Rimmel 1000 Kisses Lip Tint in shade Don't Stop Blushing which is a nice reddish raspberry pink and two Astor Perfect Stay Lip Tints. One in a shade called Blushing Rose which is a slightly darker red shade and bright orange Tequilla Sunrise. All of them are a 2-step lip tints which means that they all, beside the colour tint, have a transparent anti-dryness lip balm placed on the other side of the pen.

Unfortunately it's not all rainbows and unicorns because even though Rimmel and Astor are actually the same company, the Astor lip tints aren't what I've expected them to be. Blushing Rose looked really patchy and applying it was a nightmare. Tequilla Sunrise looked much better but was no longer usable after two applications. Fortunately the Rimmel Don't Stop Blushing turned out to be almost as good as the Collection lip pout. So now I'm using them alternately. I just wish I had more shades because if I had, I think I would only use those till the end of the world. They look amazing and there's no need of reapplying throughout the whole day.

Have you ever tried these lip tints? What did you think?

MY 5 FAVOURITE LIP PRODUCTS

Instead of doing a "September favourites" post I decided to post about my forever favourite (well... most like "so far favourite") lip products. I was never a lipstick person as my lips are quite narrow. I never thought I could wear a lipstick, until I met these five.

The first one, which is also my most recent purchase, is a Maybelline Color Whisper in Pink Possibilities. Other than the pretty pink packaging and a great name, I love the formula. It's quite sheer but can be build up, so it's perfect for my lips as they don't look well with bold lipstick on, well... not always. It also feels very good on lips, very moisturising.

The next one is the first lipstick I've ever bought and liked. It's Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in 102. It is a matte lipstick and it has just the cutest shade ever! It's so... pink! Unfortunately it doesn't stay on lips for a long time but I love it anyway, it looks just uh-mazing on lips. I definitely need to buy another Kate Moss' lipstick!

The next lipstick I really really like is an Astor one. It's called Heidi Color Last VIP Lipstick and is in colour "005 Arty". I bought it more as an experiment, just to try a bold lipstick on my lips and I was totally surprised when it turned out it looks good! For now, it's my only bold lipstick but thanks to it, I'm gonna take a closer look at others.

Next two lip products are actually the same but it different shades. I just couldn't decided which one I love more, so I included both of them. They are Bourjois Color Boost Lip Crayons. If you still don't have at least one of these, just go to the drugstore now and get one. They are so awesome! I have them in shades called: Orange Punch and Peach On The Peach. They are glossy but not sticky, they can be sheer but are very buildable. Just perfect, there's no other word than "perfect" to describe them.

Peach On The Beach

Orange Punch

That's it, these were my five favourite lip products. Have you tried any of them? What are your favourite lip products?

MY THOUGHTS ON: ASTOR SKIN MATCH CARE BB CREAM

I know you're probably already sick of reading about BB creams as for the past year they've been literally everywhere. And believe me - so was I, until I tried one. Astor Skin Match BB Cream is the first BB cream I've used and I have to admit, I like it. I bought it at the beginning of the summer as my skin tends to look a little bit better during the summertime and what I knew about BB creams is that they feel much lighter on a skin and give lighter coverage. So I thought I'd try one.

The Astor BB Cream I'm using is a 5 in 1 cream. It hydrates your skin, unifies your skin tone, fuses with your skin, illuminates and protects your skin from the sun. There are two colours to choose: Ivory (the one I've chosen) and slightly darker Nude.

After using it for some time now I have to say it makes my skin glow, it's moisturising and much for my surprise it gives quite good coverage. It really evens my skin tone and makes my it look natural. It also has a nice scent, which reminds me of Rimmel's Wake Me Up foundation. I also really like the consistency of this BB cream, it's quite thick so it doesn't spill everywhere.

There's one thing I don't like about this BB cream. It makes my skin shine and I always have to use powder on my T-zone but fortunately that's something I can handle.

Have you tried this BB Cream? What do you think? If not, what BB creams are you using?

NEW IN: NAIL POLISHES AND BB CREAM

I've visited a drugstore two days ago and among many things I've picked up these three products, which I'm really excited to try. The first one is Astor's Skin Match Care BB Cream in colour Ivory. I haven't tried a BB cream yet and as it is summertime and my skin is in better condition I've decided to give it a go, so look out for a review. Besides the BB cream I bought two nail polishes. I've read about these two a lot and I wouldn't be me if I didn't try them. The first one is Rimmel's Salon Pro nail polish in Urban Purple which for me looks like a raspberry colour. The second one is 60 Seconds nail polish in Sun Downer, also from Rimmel, which I think will be perfect for the summer.

Have you tried any of these products? If so, what do you think of them?
