CELEBRITY STYLE: KYLIE JENNER

If I only lived in a country where the temperature is always above at least 20 degrees I would definitely dress up like Kylie Jenner. I would just (not literally) steal her wardrobe. I've been obsessed with her style for so long now (I've even started watching "Keeping Up With The Kardashians"). I absolutely love the way she styles her outfits. I especially love her casual style. She makes ordinary clothes look amazing. She just puts on jeans shorts and a crop top and looks like a million dollars. My favourite casual outfit of her is the right one in the first set of pictures. These watermelon shorts are a must have for me this summer. Her more formal style or a "red carpet" style is also stunning. She really likes wearing minimalistic plain clothes and combining formal clothes and accessories with casual ones. My favourite formal outfit of her is the one where she's wearing a black maxi skirt and a white crop top. It is a perfect combination of styles!

Other than her fashion style I also adore her make-up. I think I've watched almost every Kylie Jenner make-up tutorial on YouTube and spent many (probably too many) hours trying to recreate it. I just never can recreate that perfect winged eyeliner she has. With a red or pink lipstick she adds, everything about her make up is amazing!

LAZY DAY MAKE-UP ESSENTIALS

I'm pretty sure every single one of you has a lazy make-up day every now and then. I know it's nothing to be proud of but I generally am a lazy person so I probably have those days a little bit more often. I'm not one of these people who won't leave the apartment without a full make-up on but I definitely do feel better when I put at least something on.

On my lazy make-up days I always put some concealer on, under my eyes and on blemishes. For that I'm currently using the Seventeen phwoarr Paint heavy duty concealer. Unless the condition of my skin is very bad, then I'm going for the foundation. This probably is no surprise for you as I've been raving about this foundation many many times but for that I use the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation.Optionally, I also like using the bronzer to give my face a little bit of shape and colour. My favourite right now is the Bourjois Bronzing Powder. For me, blush is always a must have! But on my lazy day I like using the Topshop cream blush as it's much easier to apply. My favourite shade is definitely Flush! Another lazy make-up day must have is a mascara! If I had to choose only one beauty product to use for the rest of my life, it would be mascara. I can't imagine any make-up without mascara. For my lazy make-up I like using the Astor Big & Beautiful Boom! Curved mascara. It's very easy to apply and gives a lot of volume! The last thing I have to do while putting a lazy make-up are brows! I feel like the face always looks better with the brows done. Currently I'm using the Maybelline Master Shape Brow Pencil in Dark Brown. It's not the best brow pencil I have ever used and I will definitely not repurchase it but it's good for lazy day make-up as it has a great spoolie brush which is great for shaping the brows and helps get rid of the product excess when I go a little too hard with the pencil.

POSSESSION OBSESSION: SPORTSWEAR

As the spring has finally arrived and is staying, at least I hope so (we actually had snow in April last year) there's no excuse for me not to workout. It's time to start exercising and eating well to get that bikini body before summer kicks in. My favourite activity is definitely running. Even though I moan before every single jog I still love it, especially the feeling after I come back, take a shower and just sit. The worst part when it comes to jogging is...starting, getting out of the house. And as I have been a lazy bum lately, I only went running... once. This has to change and in order to make that change I need new workout clothes. Here are some that I like:

My favourite is definitely the "Let's #Twerk It Out" t-shirt. I'm pretty sure I'd be the most stylish runner in my local park wearing these clothes, don't you think? Which of these pieces do you like the most?

TUMBLR INSPIRATIONS: HOME

For now I live in a rented flat with my sister and two other friends while going back to my hometown, where my parents live, for the weekends. But there have been some conversations about buying a new flat for me and my sister recently. This will definitely not happen this year but it made me start thinking about what I would like this new place to look like. And what's better for searching for inspirations than Tumblr? Nothing, I know.

I really want the apartment to be white and spacious, with big windows, necessarily. Wooden floors are also a must have for me. Tumblr made me realise I need a big desk for my workplace so I could a) be more organised and b) store my make up more easily because who knows how big my collection will be in a year. Another thing I need is big white bookcase. I'm already collecting books so I have "something" to place in that enormous bookcase. The last thing that MUST be in my future home is a SMEG refrigerator. Mint or pink, I don't care but it has to find its place in my kitchen one day.
What would you like your new home to look like?

WHAT'S IN MY MARCH MAKE UP BAG: ALL TIME FAVOURITES, NEWBIES AND REDISCOVERIES

This month, for the first time in the short history of Brighton Dream, I decided to make a "What's In My Make Up Bag" post. There are some all time favourites included in this post as well as newbies and rediscoveries. Let's start with my favourites. My make up bag always (I mean ALWAYS) includes the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation. I use it all year long, even in winter even though it's supposed to be a summer foundation. That's how much I love it. Other all time favourites are a Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Bourjois Bronzing Powder and Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss lipstick.

As for the newbies, I've been really loving the new Max Factor Excess Volume Extreme Impact mascara. I've written a review about it here. Another new thing that's found its place in my March make up bag is of course theBalm Frat Boy blush, my "monthly treat".

As for the rediscoveries, there are two. The first one is my once favourite but forgotten GOSH eyeliner. I am not sure whether it's still available because I bought it more than a year ago I think. And it still works! A miracle, I know. The second rediscovery and the last item that has been in my make-up bag for the whole month is a NYC Metro Quartet Eye Shadow in Union Square. I also don't think it's still available. I've bought this little palette last year, used it couple of times and forgotten about it. And now, just when I've learned how to do the "crease thing" it's perfect. I'm using the darkest shade for the crease and the lightest one all over the lid. Then I just add a little eyeliner and I'm good to go. That's the make up I've been rocking almost everyday since the beginning of March.

MONTHLY TREAT: theBalm Frat Boy blush

Last month I decided to purchase something special every month and post it on my blog under the name of "Monthly Treat". In February I got my first MAC lipstick and this month the monthly treat is theBalm Frat Boy blush. I've wanted to get this blush for such a long time! I've heard so many nice things about it and the shade (even though it looks slightly different in real live than on theBalm's website) is just exactly what I need in my make-up collection. I haven't tried it yet as I obviously waited to post it on my blog first (I guess it's the nightmare of all beauty bloggers) but I think I will love this blush just as much as I love my favourite blush which is the Sleek blush. I'm very excited to try this and I will definitely post a review soon so stay tuned.
Have you ever tried Frat Boy blush? What did you think?

PRIMARK SS14: EVEN MORE FAVOURTIES

high waist acid wash shorts | mint and gold arrow necklace | tailored playsuit | pink crepe midi skirt | asymmetric crepe wrap skirt | fan spike necklace
I know I've already posted some of my Primark SS14 collection favourites (you can see them here) but I am going to do this one more time. The collection is enormous so obviously I couldn't fit all of my favourites in just one post. And you know I do love Primark clothes. This Spring Summer 2014 collection is everything I would expect from it to be. It's girly, colourful and fresh! Just what I love wearing during spring and summer. I'm also in love with the jewellery, I especially love that mint and gold arrow necklace!
What do you think of Primark's SS14 collection? Have you already picked up some essentials?
